I offer counselling face-to-face (in a couple of locations within Milton Keynes) and remotely, and depending on client preference, we can work via phone, Skype or Zoom.

I work to the BACP ethics and guidelines and offer you a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space. The space and time are yours to explore and reflect on what you chose.
